I am new to the indie developement and old to the research and practice. I am pretty good at low poly and it takes a while at mechanics and coding.

I only focus on xbox based console controllers. I am not a huge fan of keyboard controls due to amount of effort and love I try to put into a game (plus, I don't want to be responsible for any broken computers, laptop, keyboards.).
